counseling. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and
company policies. Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
to achieve operational goals. Manage inventory and ensure adequate
stock levels to meet customer demand. Engage actively in health and
wellness initiatives to educate the community. Collaborate with
healthcare providers to facilitate medication therapy management.
Maintain patient confidentiality and contribute to a safe and
effective pharmacy environment. Strong knowledge of pharmacology
and medication management. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a
high-pressure environment. Proficient in using pharmacy management
software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Active pharmacist license in the state of
employment. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Immunization.
