Job Description:
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our team of home health professionals. With a focus on
personalized, compassionate health care, you will work directly in
patient's homes to provide nursing care according to physicians
orders and the personalized care plan. This position offers a
$10,000 signing bonus and the opportunity to make a significant
impact on patient recovery and quality of life. Assess patient
health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care
plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to
ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients
on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case
management. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or
behavior. Communicate with physicians, multidisciplinary team
members, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and
continuity of care. Strong clinical skills in disease management
and home health care. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficiency in documentation and patient management
software. Ability to handle emotional and physical stress,
maintaining empathy and compassion. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. CPR/BLS certification. Valid
driver’s license and reliable transportation.
