Job Description:
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our team of healthcare professionals in a home health setting. This
role is pivotal in delivering high-quality nursing interventions
and comprehensive care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering health and
well-being, efficiently managing client care with specific health
conditions, and contributing to an interdisciplinary healthcare
team. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to establish
medical histories and healthcare plans. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by physicians while maintaining detailed
records of patients' health progress. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to customize care plans. Educate patients and their
families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Provide
emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.
Ensure compliance with health care regulations and ethical
standards. Strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in
maintaining accurate health care records and documentation. Ability
to perform patient assessments and administer medications. Skilled
in using medical software and information systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. CPR certification
required.
