Job Description:
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our Home Health team, providing exceptional care and support to
patients within their homes. This position offers a substantial
signing bonus and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team
committed to enhancing patient quality of life. As a Home Health
RN, you will develop tailored care plans, manage medication, and
monitor patient progress, all while maintaining the highest
standards of nursing practice. Assess patient health problems and
needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain
medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients'
conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess,
plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong ability to
operate medical equipment Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Capacity to
multitask and manage time effectively Clinical skills in a wide
range of nursing practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
