about dispensing medications, but also about providing exceptional
care and informative consultations to our customers. As a Staff
Pharmacist, you will uphold our reputation by ensuring the accuracy
and efficacy of all pharmacy operations and fostering a supportive
environment for all patients. Review, process, and manage
prescriptions and medication orders accurately within regulatory
standards. Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter
medications and provide comprehensive medication therapy
management. Administer immunizations and manage inventory while
ensuring that all medications are stored safely and securely.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient drug
therapy and improve clinical outcomes. Maintain updated records of
pharmacy transactions and patient confidentiality in accordance
with HIPAA regulations. Educate and supervise pharmacy technicians
and assistants to enhance performance and ensure compliance with
all federal and state pharmacy laws. Promote health awareness and
contribute to the prevention of disease in the community setting.
Proficient in pharmaceutical software and understanding of pharmacy
regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for
effective patient counseling. Detail-oriented with strong
problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time
effectively in a busy environment. Excellent teamwork and
leadership capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Pharmacist licensure in the
state of practice. Certification in Immunization Delivery or
willingness to complete upon hiring. BLS and/or ACLS Certification
preferred but not required.
