My background with State Farm is extensiveIve worked in Accounting, Claims, Agency, and Leadership before returning to agency ownership for a second time. That path gave me a deep understanding of operations, leadership, and how to build a high-performing team. I attended Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma, and Im married with grown children. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Curry - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
