Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: Engage with homeowners to assess storm damage and provide expert advice on restoration solutions. Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify damage and recommend necessary repairs. Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process, ensuring they understand each step. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate project timelines and deliver exceptional service. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your expertise and dedication to customer success. Qualifications: Experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or restoration industry. Ability to conduct thorough roof inspections and accurately assess storm damage. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong communication skills to effectively guide homeowners through the insurance claims process. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust. Familiarity with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
