Relationship Manager to join our innovative sales team. This role
focuses on fostering and expanding customer relationships, managing
client accounts within the software sector, and driving sales
growth by leveraging our cutting-edge technology solutions. The
ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in
software combined with proven sales expertise, enabling them to
understand client needs and deliver tailor-made solutions that
enhance client operations and satisfaction. Develop and maintain
detailed knowledge of Global Payments' products and services.
Identify potential new clients through various channels and convert
leads into long-lasting partnerships. Manage and enhance
relationships with existing clients by providing customized
solutions that meet their specific needs. Achieve and exceed
monthly sales targets. Prepare and deliver presentations and demos
to clients to showcase the benefits of our solutions. Collaborate
with product and tech support teams to ensure client satisfaction
and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of all
sales activities and client communications. Strong interpersonal
and relationship-building skills. Outstanding oral and written
communication abilities. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
software. Deep understanding of software and payment technology
products. Ability to manage complex sales cycles. Exceptional
