Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets in the exterior remodeling sector. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. - Conduct thorough assessments of customers' needs and provide tailored solutions for their exterior remodeling requirements, recommending appropriate products and services. - Generate leads through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and attending industry-related events to expand customer base and increase sales opportunities. - Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our exterior remodeling services. - Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and installers, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient completion of remodeling projects. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market. - Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate accurate reports on sales performance. Requirements: - Proven track record in outside sales or a related role, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with diverse customers. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. - Goal-oriented mindset, with a self-motivated and driven approach to sales. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals. - Basic knowledge of exterior remodeling products and services is preferred. - Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tracking tools. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for conducting on-site visits.
