We're evaluating talent for a variety of on-site Sales opportunities in the automotive industry in the Wichita, KS area. If you enjoy building relationships, hitting goals, and creating a standout customer experience with great long-term growth potential, we want to connect!

• This is an application for ongoing consideration for multiple in-person opportunities, including but not limited to: Customer Specialists, Business Development, New & Used Car Sales, etc.
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Opportunities will be in Wichita, KS.
• Compensation: Starting base at $17/hr - $20/hr depending on the role, plus incentive opportunities and competitive benefits.
• Average OTE are $50,000+ first year for entry level roles

    • Guide customers through the sales process by providing product information, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
    • Build rapport with potential buyers through in-person interactions, follow-up calls, and digital outreach.
    • Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools.
    • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery. Minimum Qualifications:
      • 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role (automotive experience a plus)
      • High school diploma or equivalent required
      • Comfortable working with CRM tools and navigating sales systems
      • Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
      • Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment
      • Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
