This position will lead both strategic and operational supply chain performance while also managing ongoing relationships with vendors. The role includes direct and indirect responsibility for a large team, including Senior Managers and Managers.

• Drive performance by developing strong senior leadership relationships with vendors and customers.
• Ensure all aspects of customer expectations for the designated account and Incora business requirements are met or exceeded to promote the long-term interest of the business.
• Develop a business plan for the department, including targets, resource requirements, training needs, and capabilities. Ensure accurate resource planning to meet workload and capability requirements, prioritizing key activities.
• Establish and measure annual strategic objectives to ensure the department meets operational performance targets.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across a global Incora team, supply base, and customers.
• Establish, measure, and monitor vendor performance KPIs to manage and improve supply chain performance supporting customer delivery.
• Deploy strategy, processes, and procedures across the region, utilizing resources to maximize efficiency and achieve business objectives.About you:
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related technical field with direct supply chain experience.
• CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
• Lean/6 Sigma or similar business improvement/continuous improvement certifications or practical experience are advantageous.
• Extensive end-to-end supply chain operations experience.
• Proven people management and leadership experience, especially across multiple locations.
• Proven skills in building supplier or customer relationships.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with internal customers, suppliers, or partners.
• Extensive experience in establishing, driving, and developing supply chain relationships.
• Strong ability to develop and manage processes and KPIs across an organization.
• Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
