Job Description Maintenance - Enid, OKThis is a full-time hourly
(union) position with Growth Potential at the Enid, OK Flour Mill.
Applicants for this position will need to be able to work 2nd or
3rd shift with the possibility of overtime and call out
work.Required Skills-Candidates MUST have experience with
industrial maintenance, lubrication, and fabrication.Rate of pay: $
19.46 to $ 30.18 /hr., depending on previous experience &

Responsibilities:Job duties include, but are not limited to:Perform
scheduled maintenance inspections and lubrication on plant
equipmentDocument inspection and service activity as
requiredSchedule and prioritize maintenance tasks; repair and
replace equipment as neededElectrical, Hydraulic, Steam systems
troubleshootingOrder and inventory parts and equipment as directed
and other responsibilities as assigned by managementPhysical work
out in the elements. Ability to meet these physical requirements
such as prolonged kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders,
shoveling, sweeping and ability to lift 50 pounds unassistedSupport
Reliability Engineers with Root Cause Analysis projects and the RCM
group in the development of additional PM's, operating procedures,
and equipment monitoringCommitment to ADM's goal of achieving a
zero injury safety culture; understand and follow company safety
proceduresThis position works directly with operations,
shipping/receiving personnel, third-party contractors and requires
an employee to maintain professional interactions and communication
skills with various departments.Job Requirements:Ability to safely
& accurately perform metal cutting, welding, and fabrication is
required.High school education or equivalent is required.Prior
experience or working knowledge of three phase, 480 volt electrical
systems is preferred.Candidate must exhibit regular and prompt
attendance.Ability to respond to emergency call outs to the site in
a timely mannerExperience in an animal feed/food production
facility or grain elevator is a plus.Ideal candidates will
demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible
to work as a team when needed.ADM requires the successful
completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.
