Job Description:
Delaware Resource Group is seeking qualified candidates to
facilitate the airborne training environment for Tactical System
Operator (TSO) Mission Qualification and Continuation training.
Qualified candidates will fly with MC-12 pilots and sensor
operators with the primary purpose of maintaining mission
qualifications for MC-12 aircrew members. The ideal candidate has
recent operational and instructional experience and can work a
flexible schedule in support of training operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operations support of both TSO Mission Qualification Training
(MQT) and Continuation Training (CT) to include mission planning,
mission pre-briefs, sortie execution and post mission debriefs and
documentation.
- Provide MC-12W pilot and sensor operator aircrew to facilitate
airborne TSO MQT and CT by flying scheduled sorties in accordance
with TSO MQT syllabus and CT parameters.
- Ensure syllabus tasks are 100% complete within the time
specified for the lesson.
- Participate in Scenario Development with instructors and OPFOR
as required to meet the requirements of this contract. May be
required to role-play notional air or ground entities per the
scenario.
- Use air traffic control services and radio calls during
instruction that are IAW the most current edition of Federal
Aviation Administration Order 7110.65, or applicable International
Civil Aviation Organization manuals and circulars for OCONUS
sites.
- Provide MC-12W mission pilot and sensor operator instructors
for the sole purpose of maintaining mission qualification in the
MC-12W for the aircrew under this contract.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Current FAA Commercial Pilot or higher certificate and the
appropriate category and class ratings.
- Current and qualified as an Aircraft Commander (AC) in the
MC-12W or qualified as Pilot-In-Command (PIC) BE-300 or similar
type aircraft and the following conditions are met prior to
personnel on-boarding:
- BE-300 type-rating and Proline 21 differences
certification.
- 1000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours (all aircraft flown) and 300
hours in similar type aircraft.
- Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
operational flight experience.
- Qualified MC-12W pilots possessing an FAA Commercial Pilot
certificate with instrument rating or an ATP with 100 hours in type
may fulfill Second-In-Command (SIC) requirements while operating
with a qualified PIC who meets the pilot requirements listed above,
however a waiver to DCMA 8210.1D co-pilot hours requirement is
required.
- Current on simulator refresher training IAW 11-2FTV1, or able
to refresh currency after hire date.
- Must be familiar with military command and control
structures.
- Must have the capability to read, write, speak, and understand
English.
Security Responsibilities:
- Must have or be able to attain DoD Security Clearance.
- Must have (or be able to pass) a current FAA Class III flight
physical or military equivalent.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Current 11-2FTV1 guidance in Table 4 requires simulator
refresher training every 365 days for pilots. Pilots not current on
this requirement may be hired onto this contract but will be
approved on a case-by-case basis.
