Job Description:
Licensed Practical Nurses are critical to ensuring a robust
clinical culture. We are THE place where you can fit in and stand
out on day one. The LPNs help fulfill the care requirements of
their patients and are fully accountable for ensuring that
competent care and safety are hallmarks for all
residents.Responsibilities and PurposeProvide bedside
care.Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.Take
vital signs and record them in the patients chart.Assist with
resident comfort.Prepare and administer injections and
enemas.Collect samples and monitor catheters.Provide wound
care.Help coach staff as necessary.Desired Experience and
EducationOne (1) or more years of experience in a skilled nursing
or Long-term Care environment is preferred.RequiredCurrent and
unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN)
License.Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.BenefitsWe offer
