This facility operates five days a week with potential for overtime and produces raw and fully cooked meat products.**POSITION SUMMARY:*** This position is responsible for operating machinery (Blending, Slicing, Grinding) includes ongoing production flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Thoroughly cleaning off water in all areas of the machine, including small and large belts* Check sensors on the machine* Quickly troubleshooting when items are not bagging, weighing or being inserted correctly* Set up chutes based on product being produced.* Understanding/use the control panel functions* Assembling and dismantling equipment,* Mobile equipment operation,* Lock out tag out certification, stacking, inspection.* Willing and able to stand, sit, bend, walk, stretch, climb, push, pull, kneel, squat, reach, and climb stairs frequently.* Willing and able to lift, carry, push, and pull 20-70 pounds. * Willing and able to work in extreme temperatures with damp environments and these areas may have slippery walking surfaces.* Able to work overtime and weekends.* Must have basic computer skills.* Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.**INTERNAL REQUIREMENTS:*** Completed 6 months in current position to promote* Completed 6 months in current position to transfer to another shift, line, or facility.* No more than three points at the time of job posting in the last 6 months* No more than one write up at the time of job posting in the last 6 months* No suspensions at the time of job posting in the last 6 monthsThis position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
