Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Materiel Coordinator (2nd shift) to support the T-38 program located at Vance AFB, OK. The Materiel Coordinator position is located at Vance AFB, in Enid, Oklahoma. This position is on second shift. This individual shall operate the T-38C Contractor Operated and Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) system processes and procedures to support the T-38C Avionics Component Integration (AVCI) Program's modified aircraft that support undergraduate pilot training. The selected individual shall use the Advanced Maintenance Management System (AMMS) software applications and the USAF Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS). This individual shall oversee and perform all functions of the COMBS, plus effectively develop reports, Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) detailed tracking, and assist with inventory changes and redistribution to other sites. Individual will oversee on-site spares levels, repairs, packing, shipping, inventories, vendor repair receipts, report generation, LRU tracking, and customer support in a dynamic flight operations environment. This individual will execute documentation of LRU failures, exclusions, consumption data and failure rates, and provide support to the Logistics Support Center, program staff and management. The COMBS Coordinator will serve as the focal point for customer support for the base maintenance team and provide LRU and bench stock support in real time usually issuing required assets within 30 minutes of request. Position Overview & Responsibilities: * This individual requires understanding of the military Contractor Operated and Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) system processes and procedures to support the T-38C Avionics Component Integration (AVCI) Program's modified aircraft supporting undergraduate and graduate pilot training. * The selected individual shall use the Advanced Maintenance Management System (AMMS) software applications and the USAF Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS). * This individual shall perform numerous functions of the COMBS, plus effectively input data to Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) tracking, and manage inventory changes and redistribution to other sites. * Individual will track on-site spares levels, repairs, packing, shipping, inventories, vendor repair receipts, report generation, LRU tracking, and customer support in a dynamic flight operations environment. * This individual will document LRU failures, exclusions, consumption data and failure rates, and provide support as directed by the Coordinator Site Lead to the Logistics Support Center, program staff and management. * The COMBS Materiel Coordinator will provide customer support for the base maintenance team and provide LRU and bench stock support in real time usually issuing required assets within 30 minutes of request. This position does not require a security clearance. This is a union represented position. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R.--120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) * Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) * Previous experience in the Advanced Maintenance Management System (AMMS) is desirable * Previous experience in shipping and receiving is desirable * Previous experience with military supply processes is desired * Previous experience in Data Base program such as Microsoft Access is desired Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. To succeed in this position, the candidate must have a proven track record of strong customer service and communication skills, demonstrate attention to detail and be detail oriented, show exceptional initiative, and be able to work varying work schedules to support a dynamic flight-line operation. Familiarity with the T-38 is a plus. Experience with shipping and receiving is required.
