This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of
patient care duties which include assisting in examination and
treatment of patients under the direction of a physician.
Interviewing patients, measuring vital signs (i.e., pulse rate,
temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), venipuncture and
procedure as directed by the physician. Documentation is recorded
in the Electronic Medical Record in accordance with SMPA guideline.
Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients. Assists in
covering the front desk as required. Executes prescribed treatments
and medical interventions, administers prescribed medications, and
monitors and documents treatment progress and patient response.
Delegates as allowed under the Nurse Practice Act. Refers
to/consults with physicians, other health providers, and community
resources to prevent/resolve problems or concerns. Educates
patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and
management of acute and chronic conditions.Works as a team member
with the medical providers and office staff by assisting the
physicians with exams and procedures as appropriate. Maintains
medical supply inventory, completes patient history and performs
clinical nursing duties. Practices nursing according to the
established standards of practice.

Current state registered nurse license
Minimum of one to three (1-3) years working as a Registered
Nurse required. Three to five (3-5) years of related experience

Current RN licensure in the State of Oklahoma required. ADN
required, BSN preferred. BLS required. Up to three years?
experience in a robotics surgery practice Medical terminology
