Job Description Job Description Catcher Payrate and Hours: Pay Rate: $12/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed) Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Catcher to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for offloading product from machines, inspecting materials for quality, and preparing finished goods for shipment. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with physical tasks. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Off-load product from machines safely and efficiently Inspect product during the off-loading process to identify defects Pack boxes according to specified weight and control numbers Assemble boxes and apply appropriate labels Stack pallets in an organized and secure manner Operate pallet jacks and scan guns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed Perform additional tasks as assigned based on production needs Key Personnel Benefits: While on Key Personnel’s payroll, you can access Key’s benefits package, including health, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability, PTO and more!
