Job Description Job Description seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & International Shipping Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments. This role is responsible for coordinating freight, preparing export documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting on-time delivery to customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Shipping • Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, ocean, and ground carriers • Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers • Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies • Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation International Trade Compliance • Prepare and review export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading • Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and international trade requirements • Verify Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes, country of origin, and Incoterms • Coordinate customs clearance and communicate with brokers and overseas partners Inventory & Coordination • Work closely with production, purchasing, and sales teams to align shipping schedules • Assist with inventory tracking related to outbound shipments • Support continuous improvement in logistics processes and cost efficiency Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field preferred • 3 years of experience in logistics or international shipping preferred • Working knowledge of international shipping methods and documentation • Familiarity with Incoterms, customs regulations, and freight forwarding processes • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency with shipping software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
