Grow Professionally: With the support of supervisors and colleagues, you'll refine your leadership skills and stay aligned with best practices in ABA. ???? What You'll Do Provide compassionate, evidence-based clinical instruction and behavior-reduction protocols grounded in ABA principles. Mentor and coach new staff with clarity, patience, and hands-on support. Lead client team meetings, maintain open communication, and manage data so everyone has the tools they need to succeed. Adapt gracefully to changing schedules and client needs while protecting a positive, solutions-focused team environment. Create clear, accurate, and professional documentation. Keep sessions focused and productive, even in dynamic or distracting environments. Take initiative, "roll up your sleeves," and collaborate to achieve both individual and organizational goals. ???? What You Bring Strong communication and active listening skills with families, teammates, and new hires. A natural ability to build rapport, even under stress. Experience training others, offering constructive feedback, and cultivating confidence in new staff. Adaptability, logical problem-solving skills, and a heart for teamwork. Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Workspace. Commitment to Little Stars' creed of integrity, compassion, and growth.
