ImpactThe Director, HR Business Partner – Food NA Sales & Marketing
role collaborates with business leaders within Food NA Group to
execute the people and culture strategy, focused on efforts related
organizational design, leadership development, strategic workforce
planning and talent management, team and organization effectiveness
and change management. This job champions changes to advance
organizational goals and key strategic initiatives and translates
and executes business strategies, challenges and human resources
needs.Key AccountabilitiesBUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Leads people and
culture processes and initiatives across the assigned group
including talent assessment, talent planning, and development
strategies to select, retain and develop critical talent,
performance management, team development and engagement action
planning.CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Provides partnership and practical
solutions to improve performance and engagement, increase
productivity, understand talent needs and mitigate people risk for
the business.STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & ACTIVATION: Partners to manage
the development of people strategies that support business
strategies and objectives and supports and influences key
operational and strategic decisions.DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION:
Drives strategic focus and action towards diversity, equity and
inclusion strategy and goals.METRICS & ANALYSIS: Uses metrics and
analytics to assess and manage overall organizational health of the
business to influence decisions and deliver significant
insights.PROCESS PLANNING & DELIVERY: Provides thought leadership
to the planning and delivery of core human resources processes
ranging from performance and talent management, leadership
development to change management and organizational design,
including spans and layers work.STRATEGY & SOLUTION CONNECTION:
Participates as an active member of the human resources community,
building relationships across the human resources team and provides
partnership on other human resources initiatives and projects while
identifying and sharing strategies and
solutions.QualificationsMinimum QualfiicationsMinimum requirement
of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years
or more of relevant experience.Preferred QualificationsPrior
experience working with Sales and/or MarketingExperience working in
a large, global, matrixed environment.Demonstrated expertise across
multiple areas, including organizational design, change management,
talent management, and strategic workforce planning. Strong
business and financial acumen with proven ability to understand the
business vision, strategy, priorities, financial and performance
measures and cycle.Prior experience leading organizational design
and integration3 years' experience working with senior leaders;
ability to lead through influence.Demonstrated experience
challenging leaders in a constructive, thoughtful, and respectful
manner while maintaining positive relationships and fostering a
collaborative environment.Confirmed ability to strategically
partner with business leaders to successfully drive the agenda,
large scale change initiatives, use data and analytics and
influence to gain their commitment and support.Strong combination
of relationship, influencing, strategic, technical and execution
skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities with flexibility and
demonstrated organization skills.Proven track record of leading
teams on broad change initiatives.Outstanding executive
communication and presentation skills and confirmed ability to
conceptualize, lead, implement and monitor programs and initiatives
in the context of broader business and organizational
objectives.Additional InformationCompensationThe expected salary
for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. This position is eligible
for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is
dependent upon company performance and your personal
