Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in Wichita, Kansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: MRI Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Very busy MRI department with 2 new GE Artist machines, great staff with good team work. - Number of MRI units - 3 - Number of Staff – 12 - Type of staff: - Day Shift – 5 techs on 1st - Night Shift – 2.5 techs on 2nd, 1 tech on 3rd - Patient volumes – For the month of April MRI averaged 32 exams per day - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed - Type of equipment - GE - EMR - Meditech - Typical Procedures: MRI’s & MRA’s. all body parts except breast Must Haves:/n- A recent 6 months of MRI Tech RN experience in an acute hospital setting/n- ARRT (MR) License/n- BLS Certification/n/nPreferred or Nice to Have:/n- MediTech Experience/n- Travel Experience
