with the care of pediatric patients under the supervision of
registered nurses Document patient interactions and observations in
the medical record Support the pediatric team in daily clinical
operations Prepare and maintain the environment and supplies for
patient care Participate in educational and training opportunities
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety measures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow
detailed instructions Capacity to work both independently and as
part of a team Competency in basic nursing practices and procedures
High emotional intelligence, especially in children’s care and

Insurance 401k Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required by
end of externship Active enrollment in a state-approved nursing
