Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro ICU Location: Wichita, KS Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,986 to $3,032 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit . The RN will provide comprehensive critical care to patients with complex neurological and trauma-related conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to respond quickly in high-acuity environments. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in the Neuro Trauma ICU . Monitor patient condition and respond to life-threatening situations. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols. Operate and monitor advanced life-support and critical care equipment. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams. Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record system. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes. Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards. Requirements Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience . Experience working in Neuro ICU or Trauma ICU settings preferred. Ability to manage critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
