Procedures: - Upper GI Endoscopy: w/ biopsy, w/ foreign body
removal, w/ fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser) & w/
injection of varices - ERCP (endoscopic retrograde
cholangiopancreatography): Diagnostic & Therapeutic - With PEG
(percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) - Endoscopic ultrasound
(EUS), Liver biopsy - Insertion/mgmt of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
Beds in the Dept: 239 EMR: Epic Other Info: - Case Logs: current
competence & evidence of performance of at least 200 therapeutic
ERCP procedures, 40 sphincterotomies & 10 stent placements in the
past 12 months or completion of training in the past 12 months.
Temporary Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and
malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active OK License or
IMLC BC/BE Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited fellowship in
GI w/ training in ERCP ACLS Case Logs (must include ProVation or a
GI system; distinct & separate patient case logs for both ECU &
