Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract CT Technologist for a local contract job in Wichita, Kansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract - 750 Bed Hospital, Trauma Level 1 and Primary Stroke center. - Staffing is 24/7 with a lead tech plus three techs on dayshift; a split shift 9a-9p and one night shift tech 7p-7a (strive for two but staffing constraints prevent). - Shifts needed is Mon, Tues,WED, THUR, 9p-7a (negotiable on 3 twelve hour shift) and 7a-7a with rotating weekends (every other weekend) - Type of CT patients : Adult and Pediatric (we have a pediatric hospital attached included in the bed count). - Type of equipment - GE scanners x 4; 64 slice and above - EMR – Meditech - PACS - FUJI Synapse - Typical Procedures: - Mixture of CT Head, cervical spine, chest, abdomen, pelvis - Trauma series - CTA chest, neck, abdomen - CTA Cardiac studies (Structural Heart program in place) - CT Head Stroke protocol Must Haves:/n- An Associates Degree/n- A recent 6 months of CTTech experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting/n- ARRT (R) and KS State License/n- BLS Certification/n/nPreferred or Nice to Have:/n- 2 to 3 Years Experience/n- GE Scanner Experience/n- MediTech Experience/n- Travel Experience
