As a Cardiovascular Recovery Unit Nurse, you will play a critical role in our mission at our state-of-the-art facilities. This position will be pivotal in managing, assessing, and enhancing patient care, specifically focusing on patients recovering from cardiovascular procedures. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. This role requires technical proficiency, high-level communication, and a profound commitment to patient recuperation. Monitor post-operative patients, assessing cardiovascular systems and managing recovery. Collaborate with cardiovascular surgeons, physicians, and other nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for adverse reactions. Implement patient care plans and contribute to modifications as needed. Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care and lifestyle adjustments. Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records of patient's condition and treatment. Proficient in the use of cardiovascular monitoring equipment and technology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
