Job Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based care with compassion and respect Document evaluations, treatments, re-assessments, and discharge notes Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure quality care Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and home exercise programs Contribute to clinic success through teamwork, mentorship, and ongoing learning Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Current Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility) New graduates welcome and encouraged to appl
