This role focuses on psychological assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support the mental health and well-being of the population served. The position requires strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a structured, secure environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and review of available records. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional assessments. Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention services. Conduct regular rounds in segregation or confined housing areas to assess mental health needs and adjustment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, medical staff, and security personnel. Provide consultation regarding behavioral concerns, treatment progress, and changes in mental health status. Apply evidence-based counseling theories and techniques in clinical practice. Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Required Qualifications Active Psychologist license in the state of Oklahoma or ability to obtain licensure prior to start Clinical psychology experience ( school psychology experience is not accepted ) Ability to work fully onsite Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship Work Environment Onsite clinical setting Interaction with interdisciplinary clinical and operational teams Structured and regulated environment requiring professionalism and adaptability
