environment. If you're an RN or experienced LPN with a background
in occupational health and case management, this role offers both
challenge and purpose. Location : Wichita, KS Pay Rate : $40–$50/hr
(depending on credentials/licensing) Employment Type : Contract
Start Date : ASAP Assignment Length : 6–12 months (with potential
for extension) Schedule : Monday–Friday, day shift, 8 hours/day
(flexible start/end times); occasional overtime possible Why This
Role Matters This role ensures the health and safety of the
workforce by providing clinical expertise, coordinating case
management, supporting compliance efforts, and contributing to a
safe and productive work environment. What You'll Do • Coordinate
care for employees who are injured or ill, including return?to?work
and fit?for?duty evaluations • Act as a first responder providing
first aid and emergency medical care • Support EHS, HR, and
leadership in meeting health and regulatory compliance requirements
• Conduct new?hire post?offer health questionnaire reviews,
physicals, and medical clearances • Manage employee health records
and assist with workers’ compensation documentation • Collaborate
with EHS to identify and mitigate workplace health risks • Partner
with third?party vendors to support health services and programs •
Assist in developing and administering medical testing programs and
evaluations • Lead wellness initiatives and provide health
education and coaching • Engage with site and regional medical
resources to maintain clinical standards and procedures What We're
Looking For • A current, up?to?date resume • RN preferred; LPN with
strong occupational health and case management experience will be
considered • Active nursing license in Kansas • Experience in
occupational health case management • Strong communication,
documentation, and organizational skills • Ability to work
independently in a fast?paced environment • Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel • Ability to meet compliance requirements including
a background check, drug screen, and Hepatitis A & B What's In It
