Registered Nurse (RN) | Ambulatory Care Location: Edmond, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,366 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Ambulatory Care RN in Edmond, Oklahoma, 73034! Job Title: Registered Nurse - Outpatient Surgery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Outpatient Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, Some on-call required Hours per Shift: 40 hours per week Experience: 1 year of nursing experience required License: Current RN License issued by the state or a current multistate compact RN License Certifications: Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association, ACLS Must-Have: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program Description: Under general supervision, provides nursing care to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. Assumes responsibility for an assigned group of patients. Documents patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments. Notes all changes in physician orders on assigned patients. Assists physicians in the examination of patients and performing minor diagnostic procedures and treatments. Obtains and monitors physiological data of patients. Observes the physiological manifestations of patients and intervenes when necessary. Administers medication as prescribed. Initiates, regulates, and monitors intravenous infusions and blood products. Delivers patient care competently. Interacts with patients and families in sharing care plans while in the hospital and at discharge. Informs patients and families of hospital procedures. Makes referrals regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel. Delegates tasks to support staff.
