Job Description:
$7,500 Signing Bonus Hourly Rate of $50 - $60 per hour (DOE)
plus an uncapped bonus plan. Hourly rate annualizes to $104,000 -

- Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College - Current
applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by
time of employment) - Other licenses/certifications such as CPR,
