Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Emergency Department – Kansas Start
Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Wichita, Kansas Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM –
7:00 AM Highlights: 52-bed, high-volume Emergency Department with
diverse patient population including pediatrics Average patient
ratio of 3:1; team nursing approach for pediatric patients Meditech
EMR system; Alaris equipment utilized throughout the department
Comprehensive night shift staffing model with dedicated charge
nurse, physicians, and support staff per pod Dynamic, fast-paced
environment at a large medical facility Travel RN assignment with
opportunity to work alongside experienced ED team Requirements:
Current Kansas RN license (or ability to obtain) BLS, ACLS, PALS,
ENPC, and NIH certifications required Previous travel nursing
experience or experience in large facility emergency departments
strongly preferred Proficiency in IV starts, medication
administration, sedation management, and pediatric emergency care
TNCC certification preferred Meditech EMR experience highly
desirable Experience in 50 bed emergency departments a plus Why
