Registered Nurse (RN) | Oncology Location: Oklahoma City, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,366 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Oncology RN in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73104! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Oncology Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 40.00 Experience: 1 year of Oncology experience preferred License: Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC) required Certifications: Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required Must-Have: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required Description: Under general supervision, provides nursing care to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. Assumes responsibility for an assigned group of patients. Documents patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments. Notes all changes in physician orders on assigned patients. Assists in the examination of patients and in performing minor diagnostic procedures and treatment. Obtains and monitors physiological data of patients. Observes physiological manifestations of patients and intervenes when necessary. Administers medication as prescribed. Initiates, regulates, and monitors intravenous infusions and blood products. Delivers patient care competently. Interacts with family and patient in sharing care plan during hospitalization and at discharge. Informs patient and family of hospital procedures. Makes referrals regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel. Delegates tasks to support staff.
