Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an
Ortho/Trauma Med/Surg Tele position requiring at least one year of
experience and a valid OK or compact RN license. Responsibilities -
Work in the Ortho/Trauma Unit of a hospital setting - Care for a
diverse patient population with both simple and complex medical
needs - 12-hour day shifts, 3 days per week - Med/Surg and stepdown
experience required - No local candidates permitted within a
50-mile radius - Provide comprehensive nursing care, including
monitoring, documentation, medication administration, and IV
therapy - Assist physicians during exams and minor procedures as
needed - Collaborate with other staff and communicate effectively
with patients and families - Delegation of appropriate tasks to
support personnel is required - Must interact appropriately with
diverse patients, addressing cultural and language needs
Requirements - Active RN license issued by Oklahoma State Board of
Nursing or current multistate compact RN license - At least 1 year
of relevant nursing experience required - Associate's Degree in
Nursing from an accredited program required; BSN preferred -
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American
