Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated PRN Home Health
Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate

This position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate the
fluctuating needs of home health care, ensuring exceptional support
to our patients whenever required. Provide direct patient care
according to the established patient plan of care Coordinate with
healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care plans Administer medication and observe and document
therapeutic effects Take vital signs, apply aseptic techniques
including sterile dressing, ensure infection control, monitor
nutritional intake and conduct specimen collection Provide patients
with support and education on managing their conditions Maintain a
safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures,
rules, and regulations Support patient independence by
understanding and honoring patient rights and promoting patient
confidence Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients,
families, and healthcare professionals Strong organizational and
time-management skills Proficient in maintaining accurate patient
records and documenting care provided Ability to work independently
and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of
practice CPR certification required Valid driver’s license and
dependable transportation necessary
