Job Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) where your skills will play an
integral role in providing compassionate, personalized care to our
patients. As part of our dedicated team, you'll engage directly
with patients in one of our clinics or hospital settings, bringing
our mission to life by transforming healthcare and upholding the
highest standards of nursing care. Administer nursing care to ill,
injured, or disabled patients within a healthcare setting. Monitor
and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to registered
nurses and doctors. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure
confidentiality of sensitive information. Prepare patients for
examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse,
blood pressure, oxygen levels, etc.). Guide and educate patients
and families on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle habits.
Implement and support patient care plans in conjunction with
healthcare professionals. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Capability to handle medical emergencies when necessary.
Proficiency in the use of medical software and equipment. Medical

Must possess an active LPN license. CPR certification
preferred.
