Number of Staff 15 Type of staff: Day Shift 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse,
1 Patient Care Tech Night Shift - 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient
Care Tech Patient Ratios 1:2; 1:1 for high acuity including post
CABG patients Type of equipment Balloon pumps; CRRT; Hypothermia;
ECMO EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited
for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates
without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS ACLS
TNCC or ATCN Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these
skills will be considered first. NIH List typical procedures
performed on unit(s): Trauma patients; Post-CABG; Post-TAVR;
General post-surgical ICU patients Chest tubes; central lines;
