Job Description:
Join AccentCare as a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide
holistic, compassionate care to patients in their own homes.
Utilize your clinical expertise to deliver personalized healthcare,
collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to
treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes. This role suits a
dedicated and experienced nurse who desires a more flexible

assessments and develop individualized plans of care. Administer
medication and monitor patient response. Teach patients and their
families on proper home health care strategies and procedures.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate, detailed
reports and records of patient care. Supervise junior nurses and
other health support staff. Comply with all applicable health and
safety regulations. Proficiency in administering medication and IV
care. Strong observational skills and nursing judgment. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time and
prioritize tasks effectively. Comfortable with information
technology systems used in home healthcare settings. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. CPR certification.
