Job Description:

homes. At Angels Care Home Health, you will be part of a
compassionate team dedicated to making a significant difference in
the lives of our patients. Assess patients' health problems and
needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain
medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients'
conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to
assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong
clinical skills with a focus on patient care Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic
health record (EHR) systems Ability to work independently and as
part of a team Adaptability and resilience in various clinical
situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice CPR
certified Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
