qualified Oncology RN in Wichita, Kansas, 67214! Pay Information
$2,100 to $2,300 per week About The Position Responsibilities
Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed,
monitoring patients for adverse reactions and effectiveness Conduct
comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional
health, documenting findings accurately Educate patients and their
families about treatment plans, side effects, and self-care
strategies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and
implement individualized care plans Provide supportive care and
counseling to patients and families, addressing any concerns or
questions Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance
with all safety standards and protocols Technical Skills and
Relevant Technologies Proficient in administering IV medications
and using infusion pumps Familiarity with oncology-specific
protocols and clinical guidelines Experience with patient

Requirements Required and Preferred Qualifications Required:
Current RN license in the state or Compact license. Bachelor's
degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 1
years of experience in an oncology or critical care setting BLS.
NIH Certification MOAB Moderate Risk Preferred: Certification in
Oncology Nursing (OCN) or similar specialty Experience with
electronic medical records (EMR) systems Proficiency in patient
