Job Description:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for Med/Surg, Emergency,
and Surgical units with 36-hour day/night shifts and PRN
options.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and
evaluating patient care, supervising CNAs and staff, and
coordinating care with other disciplines.
Ensure continuity of care, advocate for patients, and follow all
policies, procedures, and the Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications include at least 2 years of experience, current NC
RN license, BLS, ACLS, and strong problem-solving skills.
Offer competitive pay ($29-$39/hr), benefits (insurance, PTO,
tuition reimbursement), and sign-on bonuses ($10K/day shift,
$12K/night shift).
Perform technical skills, administer medications, and communicate
effectively with patients and team members in a fast-paced
environment.
Full-time position with opportunities in critical care, emergency
medicine, surgical, and telemetry units.
