Job Description:
We seek a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to
provide nursing care in a warm, home-like environment.
Assess, communicate, and document residents' status accurately.
Report significant health or behavior changes to the team.
Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants and Lead RCAs.
Coordinate care with community providers and support resident
independence.
Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies appropriately.
Requirements include current LPN license, CPR certification, and
1-2 years of experience, preferably with the elderly.
