Mercy Hospital Watonga Department: Med Surg Status: Full Time (36 hrs/wk) Shift : Varies/Rotating Incentives:

    • Shift Differentials Overview: We are a critical access hospital with 30 swing beds and an emergency department. Our multi-disciplinary team works together to restore patients to their highest level of independence, preparing them to return home after hospitalization. We strive to bring a personal touch to healthcare and proudly serve the rural area of Watonga, OK. Qualifications:
      • Education : Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
      • Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
      • Physical requirements/demands : Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
      • Certifications :
        • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
        • BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
