Job Description:

The Robert M. Greer Center in Enid is now hiring caring & compassionate CNAs for Habilitation Specialist positions with Liberty of Oklahoma.

This is a challenging and rewarding position which will require you to work directly with adults who have developmental disabilities, mental illness and behavioral challenges.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring clients are well cared for and safe at all times, by providing direct services and face-to-face care
  • Continuously monitoring client activities, behaviors, health and safety & providing appropriate interventions as necessary, when clients are at risk
    • Assisting clients with their activities of daily living - and helping them build pro-social skills, which will foster their independence and good health As a Habilitation Specialist and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:
      • $18.54 per hour (an additional $1.00 per hour / shift differential for any hours worked between 6:00pm and 6:00am)
        • $2,000 sign-on bonus ($500 paid with first pay check + $500 every 3 months for the first year of your employment)

                You can choose to work one of the following available shifts options - which will include weekdays as well as Saturdays or Sundays on a rotational basis:
                • 6:15 am to 3:00 pm
                  • 2:15 pm to 11:00 pm
                    • 10:30 pm to 7:00 am
                      Skills & Requirements
                      
                      Applicants will be required to submit to a comprehensive background check process & health screening (which includes a 10-panel drug test). This position is considered safety sensitive and will adhere to a zero tolerance policy of drug use, regardless of card holder status.
