Job Description:
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently
accepting resumes for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional
Fort Supply Campus to provide professional behavioral health
services! Services include assessments and psychotherapy,
supporting recovery and wellness with a designated population.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical
and behavioral needs of individuals in services. Performs duties
primarily in an inpatient setting, may include minimal duties
related to mental health crisis services.
Job Type/Salary:
- Full Time
- MW RF 8-5; T 10-07
- Annual Salary: $61,000 (Salary range based on experience,
tenure and certification)
- Licensed Behavioral Health Professional $61,000 -$29.32
- 5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS
service!
- Total Compensation up to $95,000+ includes base salary,
retirement and state paid benefit allowance to help pay for your
benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents -
includes longevity payments)
- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Multiple Vacancies Qualifications:
- LBHP - Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling
or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license
to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure
boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only);
Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral
Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP,
LADC, LADC/MH)

Joint Commission accredited since 1974. We provide complete mental
health and substance abuse services for the individuals of
Northwest Oklahoma in our outpatient offices, transitional
residential program and our inpatient psychiatric unit. We are
currently recruiting for Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals
at our Outpatient Facilities! We have positions available in
Woodward, Enid, Alva, Fairview and Guymon!
Special Requirements:
- Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.
- Must possess a US driver's license to perform job related
travel if necessary.
- Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety
sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to
test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be
contingent upon a negative drug test result.
- (if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination
and shall meet the physical examination requirements of
occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a
maximum force of 25 pounds.
THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS
AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES
MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
