LICENSED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL ENIDNorthwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is -currently accepting resumes for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional - in our Enid office -to -provide professional behavioral health services! Services include: -assessments and psychotherapy, supporting recovery and wellness with a designated population. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in services. Performs duties primarily in an outpatient setting, may include minimal duties related to mental health crisis services. -We have positions available in Woodward, Enid, Alva, Fairview and Guymon! -Job Type/Salary:

  • Full Time
  • Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (Salary range based on experience, tenure and certification)
    • Licensure Candidate - Under Supervision $55,000 - $26.44 Hourly
    • Licensed Behavioral Health Professional $60,000 - $28.85 Hourly
    • Team Lead/supervisor +$5,000
    • 5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS service!
    • Total Compensation up to $100,000+ includes base salary, retirement and state paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents - includes longevity payments)
    • FLSA Status: Exempt
    • (1) VacancyQualifications: -
      • LBHP - -Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH)
      • LCBHP - -Completion of curriculum requirements for a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
