rewards! Primary Job Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the
crew from the beginning of a project through completion, ensuring
safety and quality standards, budget, and timelines are met Review
documentation with the crew to prepare for the build, assemble the
necessary materials, and determine the required installation
methods Supervise the tracking of all on-site inventory and
materials Collect, review, and submit all on-site closeout
documentation per the deliverable timelines Training crew members
on proper safety/quality standards to align with CCDP (Crew Career
Development Program) Verify that the crew members have proper
certifications and skillsets to perform the scope of work Maintain
issued equipment and report deficiencies as needed Submit daily
reports on-site progress with any potential schedule delays and or
needed / missing materials Qualifications and Experience: Advanced
knowledge of installation methods with raw land construction, tower
foundations, rebar installation, site layouts, road construction,
conduit installation, and ground rings 1-3 years supervisory
experience Computer proficient Ability to operate mini-x, skid
steers, and other heavy equipment as needed Strong verbal
communication skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced
environment while adhering to the schedule set forth Highly
organized and detail-oriented Ability to motivate, lead, teach, and
train on proper work and safety procedures High school diploma,
general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school
education Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that
includes background and drug testing Must have a valid driver’s
license and a driving record that meets Company requirements Must
be in good physical condition Ability to travel away from home,
including weekends Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
