looking for someone with mechanical knowledge and customer service
skills to join our team as a Heavy Field Service Technician. We are
a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and

found below or on our website. ABOUT THE POSITION Heavy Field
Service Technicians function as part of the Service Team and are
responsible for the repair of heavy-classed industrial,
construction, and material handling equipment. In this role, you
will: Troubleshoot and Repair a variety of heavy equipment at
various customer locations to bring each unit back to operational
and safety standards. Effectively communicate with all involved
parties including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and
Customers about possible downtime and job progress updates. Operate
in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision to decrease
equipment downtime, while also maintaining safe working standards
both on-site and during the operation of DOT-rated company

training/education, and/or experience in a related field Possessing
or the ability to obtain a complete line of tools, including
specialized tools needed to complete jobs at customer locations
Minimum 21 years of age Clean driving record Ability to obtain DOT
medical certification High school diploma or equivalent SKILLS THAT
WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS MAY INCLUDE: Above-average
communication skills ability to read or be trained in reading
schematics ability to accomplish duties with accuracy and
timeliness ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Heavy Construction Mechanic, Heavy Construction Technician, Field
Service Technician, Field Service Mechanic, Equipment Mechanic,
Equipment Technician, Diesel Tech, Diesel Mechanic [This position
is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas
