Job Description Job Description Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to join our team as a Heavy Field Service Technician. ABOUT THE POSITION Heavy Field Service Technicians function as part of the Service Team and are responsible for the repair of heavy-classed industrial, construction, and material handling equipment. In this role, you will: Troubleshoot and Repair a variety of heavy equipment at various customer locations to bring each unit back to operational and safety standards. Effectively communicate with all involved parties including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers about possible downtime and job progress updates. Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision to decrease equipment downtime, while also maintaining safe working standards both on-site and during the operation of DOT-rated company vehicles.
