Position Details: Role: Maintenance Supervisor Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-Call: 1 week every 2 weeks Pay: $25 – $27/hr (DOE) On-Call bonus Quarterly Bonus Location: 3000 W Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67203 Why You’ll Love Working With Us: ? Yearly Anniversary Gifts What You’ll Be Doing: Handle daily work orders based on priority Make-Readies & Unit Turns Interior/Exterior Painting & Staining ? HVAC & Ventilation Tasks Grounds Maintenance Preventative Maintenance Keep work areas neat and organized Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation What You’ll Need: ?? 3 years of general maintenance experience ?? HVAC Certification (Required) ?? EPA License (Preferred) ?? CPO Certification (Preferred) ?? Skilled in: Drywall, Carpentry, Painting Plumbing (copper pipe, etc.) Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting) Appliance Repair (fridge, stove, disposal, dishwasher) Water Heater (gas & electric) ?
